2014 was an absolutely fantastic year in which I got to document the weddings of some fabulous couples whom I all now call good friends. And so it was extremely fitting to round out the season on a real high with the gorgeous wedding of Rachel and Kevin at Duke Chapel and Prestonwood Country Club. Falling as it did on the Saturday before Christmas, the whole event was full of festive cheer that was as contagious as it was colourful. Duke Chapel itself was beautifully decorated with red poinsettias which complemented the red and black palette chosen by Rachel for the bridesmaids dresses and groomsmen’s waistcoats.

The highlight of the reception for me was the bride and groom’s first dance, which was brilliantly choreographed by Rachel. Prestonwood Country Club was the venue and it, too, was decked out with seasonal decorations that made for a great backdrop for the photos.

Big thanks to all the vendors listed above for making it such a lovely event to photograph. And, of course, my heartfelt thanks and best wishes for a long and happy future together to Rachel and Kevin.
