My dearest y’alls,

How’s it going? Hope you all had a great Independence Day weekend! I’m prepping for a jaunt out to Jamaica to shoot a wedding and I leave right after that for a wedding in Panama, which I will actually be attending sans-camera. Before I left though, I wanted to make sure to share some photos from Rachel and Joe’s beautiful wedding in Wilson and Rocky Mount, NC. As an avid lover of  NC wedding photography, it’s always great to shoot in new locations and it’s even greaterer when the locations are as cool as these and the subjects are so much fun to work with; Rachel and Joe, their friends and family were simply brilliant – love, affection and emotion were all on display in spades. The light outside was gorgeous and we found great light indoors in the most unlikely of places. It was simply a beautiful day and a great day to be a photographer.

As always, big thanks to the team above that made it all happen. High fives to all involved. You all killed it! Special props to Erin for keeping me on my toes with her mad skillz and sense of humour.
