unc chapel hill engagement photography – eleanna & michael

Well, spring seemed to take an age to show up properly, but a couple of weekends back, we were treated to a really beautiful Saturday evening. As luck would have it, I had a UNC engagement photography session set up for that evening, so I loaded up and headed out to Chapel Hill to meet up with Eleanna and Michael. After a couple of beers at Top of the Hill to relax and get to know each other a little more, we went for a walk around the UNC campus and made some images. We shot a mixture of film (Fuji 400 processed by Richard Photo Lab) as well as digital, and the beautiful spring colours really popped in the evening light. All digital images were processed in my Lightroom presets to get the exact match with Fuji film. Hopefully, you’ll be hard pushed to know which photos are analogue and which are digital. I know I am!

Eleanna and Michael have a great sense of humour and a ton of chemistry, which really show up in the photos. I’m really looking forward to shooting their wedding this autumn. Thanks for a great evening, guys!
