Spring has sprung, and amidst the flurry of cherry blossom blooms, I finally have a moment to breathe and share the beautiful portraits I captured for Emily up at Duke Gardens. It’s been a whirlwind of shoots these past few weeks, but Emily’s session holds a special place in my heart as it marked the beginning of this blossoming season.
We decided to split Emily’s session into two parts to ensure we captured the essence of her pregnancy journey both individually and with her husband, Mike. And let me tell you, it was an absolute joy working with them.
Emily had this to say about her experience:
“Joe was absolutely AMAZING for my maternity shoot!! I’m so in love with the photos and he was such a pleasure to work with! I wanted to go when the cherry blossoms bloomed, and I couldn’t have had better communication from Joe keeping me updated on when they were supposed to bloom. He even came back a second time to get some pictures with my husband since he was out of town on the day we were shooting. I can’t recommend him enough, he was absolutely fantastic!”
I’m thrilled to share a selection of my favourite shots from Emily’s sessions, including those heartwarming moments with her husband, Mike. You can find more highlights, along with the portraits Emily mentioned, on our Raleigh maternity & baby photography blog at Teeny Beans Photography.
While we’ll have to wait until next year for the cherry blossoms to bloom again, remember that stunning maternity photos are timeless and can be captured year-round, either amidst nature’s beauty or within the cozy confines of our studio.
