Duke Gardens Photography – Talor’s Bridal Session

Now I’ve posted Talor & Nick’s wedding photos, I’m finally able to share photos from Talor’s bridal session a few weeks earlier. It was a weekday evening in mid-August and we totally lucked out on the weather as it was only about 80ºF/27ºC out, perfect temperature for a Duke Gardens photography session.

We took our time and photographed around the gardens getting a variety of looks and vibes using the golden hour light, the shade, and areas in between. As I always try to do, we took some “traditional” bridal shots and some more experimental ones.

I always really enjoy bridal sessions as it’s an exciting time for the bride to put on her dress, get her hair and makeup done and have some photos taken ahead of the wedding day. This one was definitely a standout though; aside from being absolutely stunning, Talor was a lot of fun to work with and I truly had a brilliant time photographing her.
